We specialize in decade-themed costumes ranging from the 1920’s through the 1990’s, including specific categories like 50’s, 60’s, 70’s & 80’s. Our collection also features character costumes (like the Addams Family), afro wigs, animal costumes, and various accessories to complete your look.
Are your costumes authentic to the time periods?
Absolutely! Our costume designers pay meticulous attention to historical details to ensure each decade-themed costume captures the authentic style and spirit of the era. From 1920’s flapper dresses to 1990’s grunge outfits, we strive for period accuracy while ensuring modern comfort and durability.
Do you offer costume accessories separately?
Yes! We have an extensive accessories collection that can be purchased separately to complement your costume or create a unique look. This includes everything from jewelry and hats to specialty items that complete your transformation.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for secure and convenient checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely to protect your information.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Order modifications or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placement while your order is still in processing. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order details. Once your order has entered the shipping phase, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
Do you offer international shipping?
We ship globally to most locations! However, we currently cannot ship to Asia and select remote areas due to logistical constraints. During checkout, you’ll be able to see if we deliver to your location.
Shipping & Delivery
What are your shipping options and costs?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Processing: 1-2 days, Delivery: 10-15 days after shipping
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Processing: 1-2 days, Delivery: 15-25 days after shipping

How long will it take to receive my costume?
After placing your order, please allow 1-2 days for processing. Then:
- Standard Shipping: 10-15 days after shipping
- Free Shipping: 15-25 days after shipping
Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. For Standard Shipping, use DHL or FedEx to monitor your package. For Free Shipping, EMS will provide tracking updates.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Currently, we offer the two shipping methods described above. For special circumstances, please contact our support team, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your costume! You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached. Please contact us with your order details to start the return process.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
For hygiene reasons, wigs and certain accessories may have restrictions if opened. Please refer to our detailed Returns Policy page for specific exceptions.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

How do I reset my password?

Can I track my order without an account?
Yes! Use the tracking number sent to your email to monitor your package directly with the carrier (DHL, FedEx, or EMS).
